Lawrence Lang (Patch-Man)

Son of Momma Patchy and Parent Patchy.
Patch-Man has an Associate’s Degree in Communications and Media Arts from Dutchess Community College, and a Bachelors in Communications from Marist College.
Patch-Man is the outsider of the group when it comes to sports teams. Being a fan of one New York team “New York Knicks” he is also a fan of the Washington Nationals, Green Bay Packers, and Winnipeg Jets we know he’s just out there, he is not the typical New York fan.
Out side of SIN Patch-Man currently works at Patel’s Kingston Lanes and a grocery store. During the summer Patch-Man works in minor league baseball for the Hudson Valley Renegades a minor league affiliate of the New York Yankees.
In his free time Patch-man is an avid bowler and has eight perfect games and six 800 series with his highest being 814. Patch-Man is also a rock music fan. His favorite bands are Green Day, Linkin Park and System of a Down.
In his profile picture you will see (left) the late Grandpa Patchy (middle) Patch-Man (right) Parent Patchy. This rare photo is a one of kind because it’s perhaps the only photo of all three of them together in one photo by themselves. It is a special photo that Patch-Man holds near and dear.

Dan Ryans (Reginald)
Position: Co-Founder & Vice President of SIN & Post Production Editor & In-term Head of Public Relations
Shows: Co-Host of Sports Insanity Podcast and Contributor to The Throw-Down and Wishbone Shotgun.
Reg is the kindest, happiest, and sweetest person you’ll ever meet. Reg first came on as the third host of SIP in 2013 and has been a part of our journey ever since.
Reg was able to fit in with the group quickly with his fresh but fiery perspective on the world of sports. Reg is a graduate of Dutchess Community College with a Communications and Media Arts degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and Mass Communication from State University of New York at Oswego.
Reginald looks to use his broadcasting background to voice his opinions that matter to many sports fans that are to scared to say.
Being from New York City, he’s a huge fan of the Yankees, Knicks, Jets, and Rangers. His hope is for the Knicks to have a huge championship parade down the Canyon of Heroes someday.
Out side of SIH Reg works for SportsNet New York (SNY) as a freelancer and also works on the video production side of SNY.

Noah Trombley

Noah Trombley was born and raised in Plattsburgh, NY. He is a avid Montreal Canadiens and Dallas Cowboys fan. He graduated from SUNY Oswego with a Bachelors degree in Meteorology. He is a big video game enthusiast and is a professional wrestling fan.
When he predicts the weather wrong like every other weather man in the world, Trombley finds himself in the depths of a pizzeria as a pizza delivery driver. So be on the look out he just might just be your delivery driver. Just might make sure he brings the right order to you ;).
He is also a major fan of music and will listen to anything including Green Day, Maroon 5, and Coldplay. He has also been playing guitar for the last 11 years.

Mike Rifkin

Mike Rifkin is from Selden, Long Island.
As a broadcaster for Oswego State Athletics, Rifkin was an analyst for both Mens and Women’s hockey. A master of the puns and comedic genius. Being from Long Island Rifkin is a Fan of the New York Rangers, Mets, Knicks and the Miami Dolphins. Rifkin also in enjoys World Wrestling Entertainment developmental brand NXT along with All Elite Wrestling.
Rifkin was also the Creator & Co Host of Puck-heads at SUNY Oswego which is a student-run radio station WNYO-88.9 FM.
